Investor Notification

When Investors Enter the Picture

Considerable groundwork takes place before a prospective investor ever hears about an opportunity. Once there is an executed purchase agreement and escrow has opened, the deal has reached a point where prospective investors may be notified and provided information to begin their own review.  At that point, however, the transaction is still very much a work in progress. Due diligence, financing, legal review, investment structuring and a number of other moving pieces are still underway before we ever get to the closing table.

Our investor notification process ensures that qualified partners receive timely, comprehensive information about new investment opportunities as they become available. We believe in providing full transparency from the very beginning so our investors can make informed decisions with confidence.

Investor Notification

When an opportunity reaches the appropriate stage, prospective investors who have expressed an interest in hearing about future investments may be notified that a new opportunity is available for review. The timing and manner of any investor communication can depend on the offering’s structure and guidance from securities counsel.

Investor Summary & Offering Information

The Investor Summary gives prospective investors an organized first look at the opportunity which may include the property, market, business plan, financing, investment structure, financial projections, key assumptions and material risks. The Investor Summary can be reviewed with prospective investors through a one-on-one Zoom call, a face-to-face meeting, or a group webinar, which provides an opportunity to walk through the investment and ask questions. Additional offering and legal documents are provided as appropriate for the particular investment and offering structure.

The purpose is to give an investor enough information to begin asking an important question: Does this investment make sense for me?

Supporting Investment Information

We host informational webinars and provide recorded presentations that walk through each deal in detail. These sessions allow investors to hear directly from our team and ask questions before making their investment decisions. We believe this personal interaction builds trust and ensures investors fully understand each opportunity.

Content covered in Suppoting Investment Information

As the opportunity progresses, additional information may be made available to help prospective investors conduct their own review. Depending on the investment, this can include property information, financial materials, due-diligence findings, offering documents, and other information relevant to evaluating the opportunity. Investors should review the materials carefully, ask questions, and consult their own legal, tax, or financial professionals when appropriate before making an investment decision.
