Whether an opportunity originates with MHC or through our network, it is also peer reviewed by an experienced multifamily professional. This provides another set of eyes focused on challenging assumptions, identifying concerns, and finding reasons an opportunity may not deserve to move forward.
MHC also draws on partners, mentors, and independent specialists when their expertise is required. Depending on the property and stage of evaluation, that may include attorneys, lenders, contractors, inspectors, property managers, accountants, and other qualified professionals.
